I almost forgot to share with you all what I made for my friends and family for Christmas. Two of my signature and favorite recipes are Shrimp and Grits and Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie. I decided to make my own kitchen towels for them with my recipes on them.
Aren't they sweet?
Here's how I did it:
I printed off my recipes onto fabric. Get my DIY tutorial HERE.
Then I sewed on some vintage crocheted lace that I bought a while back at an antique store in town. And I pressed them really good.
It was that simple. I love gifts that are functional as well as meaningful. And there are so many ways you can use this concept and create your own!

These are so beautiful! I may have to steal this idea next year for out of town family like aunts and grandmas. lovely.
