I love having fresh juice or a smoothie for breakfast. It just hits the spot and makes you feel good in the mornings. I change my recipes from time to time because I get bored with the same old thing.

Oats
Sugar free whey vanilla protein powder
Flax seed meal
Purée in a blender and serve.
